Packaging Services – Case Study

svenska logo

Svenska Karamellkompaniet, a company selling a range of several dozen different sweets in Scandinavian stores, contacted us a few years ago. Most of their sweets are non-standard, crumbly, or sticky, so they can only be packaged manually. Additionally, the client has certain other requirements, which increase the difficulty of the packaging process. TRANSPAK specialises in such challenges, so we were happy to cooperate. The collaboration has been so successful that, over the years, Svenska Karamellkompaniet has increased both the range of products we package and their monthly quantities.

“TRANSPAK not only promptly responds to our changing production demands, but has also helped us develop sales in discount stores. I recommend TRANSPAK as a trusted partner specialising in serving the food sector.”

Philip Ljung

Business Manager

Frequently Asked Questions

We need a few details to provide you with an estimate. However, we can already guarantee this: over 37 years of our activity, we have achieved a high level of efficiency through process improvements, which translates into attractive prices. When you consider the total costs of packaging your goods with your own resources, including the ongoing employment and training of your employees, you will find it more efficient to entrust this part of your business to us.

Packaging services cover all processes involved in preparing products for sale – from packaging and labelling to assembling promotional sets. Depending on the product type and requirements, this process can be carried out by machine or manually. If you want to get a better understanding of what packaging services involve and whether they might be useful for your business, feel free to read our full article.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ)—the smallest amount from which we fulfill packaging orders for foodstuffs and goods—is accessible and starts from just a few thousand units. We know (and have observed this with many of our clients) that if we take this burden off your shoulders at an early stage, you will have more room to grow, and the volume of your orders will increase naturally.

Sure. Contact us and arrange a no-obligation consultation. We will find out more about your plans and help you narrow down your choice to a few best options. Our Sales Director always says: “We don’t know exactly which option you want, but we know what you definitely DON’T want, because it will cause you problems and generate costs in the future”. Feel free to contact us!

Yes, and it’s free of charge! We implemented this service a long time ago to meet your needs. If our cooperation is long-term, but there are time gaps between orders, your labels or packaging components will be stored at one of our two locations for free. In total, we have 5 500 m2 of storage space and are planning further expansion.

Our cosmetics packaging service is one of our most popular ones. NIVEA is a long-standing customer of ours, but we also work with Oio Lab and other beauty brands. As a result, we have a good understanding of the specifics of these products and have well-established processes that allow us to package them efficiently and in line with your expectations.
